關(guān)于定期清理不作為斑竹的通知

         說實話,在我們汶上中都社區(qū),斑竹缺少的是權(quán)利,得到的回報也不多,更多的是義務.是很辛苦的一個差事.但是,既然選擇了做斑竹,意味著就要付出.
      然而,長期以來,有很多版友申請了斑竹,卻不做為.對管理資源有很大浪費.所以從今天起,社區(qū)決定清理半年以上沒有發(fā)貼,沒有管理行為的斑竹.
: ]: O# K8 ]# f! a3 g0 x; C     為了督促大家積極參與社區(qū)的建設(shè),決定每3個月清理一次不合格斑竹,請在任的斑竹積極行動起來,參與論壇的發(fā)展,多發(fā)貼,多引導朋友到社區(qū)來.

申請通過以后,成為實習斑竹,實習斑竹有3個月的考核期,在這3個月內(nèi),發(fā)貼量和管理量達到要求的,晉升為正式斑竹.考核不通過的,恢復原會員身份.
